1Who we are

  1. Saywell is a managed website and SEO service for therapists and group practices, operated by Saywell Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Philippines, of 22 Narangita Street, Dadiangas South, General Santos City 9500, Philippines, of 22 Narangita Street, Dadiangas South, General Santos City 9500, Philippines ("Saywell", "we", "us").
  2. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. It covers website visitors (anyone who visits hellosaywell.com or our other pages), clients (therapists and practices who enquire about, join or use Saywell, and the people at those practices who use the Saywell Clients Portal) and partners (people who apply to or join Saywell Partners, our affiliate program).
  3. We are the personal information controller for the information described here, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The websites we build for clients have their own privacy notices, written for each practice.

  2. We do not collect payment card numbers. Partners add their bank details in the Partners Portal. Those details are passed securely to Wise, which sends payouts, and we keep only the bank name and the last 4 digits of the account number. Any change is confirmed with a code sent to the partner's email.

3What we never collect

  1. Saywell never needs, asks for or stores information about a practice's own clients, including their health information. This applies to our forms, the Clients Portal, the Partners Portal, emails and calls.
  2. Intake and contact forms on the websites we build run through a HIPAA-compliant provider that signs a business associate agreement with the practice. Those submissions go to the practice, not to Saywell.
  3. If client information reaches us by mistake, we delete it and let you know.

  1. Archie, our AI assistant, prepares website changes from the requests you give it. Archie works only with your practice details and your request, and nothing goes live until you approve the preview. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

5Who we share it with

  1. We share personal information only as described here.
  2. Service providers who help us run Saywell, under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for us: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), code storage (GitHub), email and documents (Google Workspace), payments and payouts (Wise), scheduling (Calendly), form tools, and AI services that help prepare website changes and content (Anthropic). Each receives only what it needs.
  3. The partner who referred you, if you are a client who joined through a partner's link or code. They see that you signed up, your plan, and the dates and amounts of your membership payments, so they can follow their commission. They see your practice's name only if you agree. They never see your portal, your edit requests or anything about your own clients.
  4. Our team, who need the information to do their work, under confidentiality obligations.
  5. Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

  1. Cookies. Our pages use only what they need to work. When you arrive through a partner's link, we store the partner code in your browser for 60 days so the right partner is credited if you join. Our analytics are privacy-friendly: they don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We may also remember display choices, such as light or dark mode, on your device.
  2. Children. Saywell is a service for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
