Two ways to say yes, two ways to pay

Reserve your start week online or just by telling us. Either way, your week is held as soon as your payment arrives.

By US bank transfer, using the details on your invoice. As soon as your payment arrives, your week is held and your Clients Portal invite is on its way. Everything you’ve paid is refundable until your kickoff call.

From “I’m in” to day 1

Everything we need for your build is due by the Thursday before your week, so day 1 can start on Monday. Your 7 days start once onboarding is complete, so anything that arrives late moves the whole build.

    You spend about an hour in total; we do the rest. The highlighted days are the ones that need you.

    A few things that keep your week on time (agreement terms 4 and 7)

    Quick replies

    You reply to anything we send within about one business day.

    Waiting doesn’t count

    Days spent waiting on your reply don’t count toward the 7 days.

    Day-6 leftovers

    Day-6 notes we can’t finish by day 7 carry into your first revision round, on your live site.

    Live by day 7, or a refund

    If your website isn’t live by day 7 for reasons on our side, you get a full refund.

    Launch and revision rounds

    The first 30 days

    You get 4 revision rounds within 30 days, made on your live website (term 5). For your week, that window runs —.

    1. Round 1, with a strategy session. A short call to talk through what you want your website to do for you, or send your notes in writing. Any day-6 notes go here too.
    2. Rounds 2 to 4. We suggest about a week per round, with all your notes sent together from your portal as a revision round, so they don’t use your monthly edits.
    3. How a round ends. We make the changes, show you a preview, and publish once you approve.
    4. Refunds end when round 1 is complete. Until then you can cancel for a full refund; after that, the work counts as delivered (term 9).
    5. When rounds run out. After 4 rounds or 30 days, whichever comes first, changes use your monthly edits: 10 a month in year one. Unused rounds don’t carry over.
    The SEO year starts on launch day with The ARCA Rank Method: the first month’s content plan, then 8 articles a month, each approved by you before it’s published.

    Archie handles your everyday changes in minutes, our team runs your SEO and builds bigger jobs like new pages and integrations, and payments follow the plan you chose.

    If a payment is 14 days late, we send a written notice first; after that, edits, SEO and content pause, and your website stays online for 30 more days (term 10).
